ABOUT THE JOB
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will own the enterprise-level view of SG&A performance, including management reporting for the C-suite, allocation methodology, and the financial inputs that support long-range and strategic planning. You will manage a team of analysts and set the standard for how SG&A is measured, reported, and understood across the company.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own SG&A management reporting for the C-suite, including monthly performance, trends, and benchmarks
- Design and maintain the SG&A allocation methodology, ensuring it is standardized, documented, and defensible
- Own the consolidated SG&A view that feeds into M&A diligence and long-range planning exercises
- Define the SG&A narrative and benchmark Anduril's cost structure against company scale and industry peers
- Develop, pressure-test, and deliver SG&A inputs for enterprise planning processes including AOP, LRP, and scenario modeling
- Manage SG&A spend trajectory relative to business growth to deliver operating leverage
- Lead and develop a team of analysts, setting expectations and creating room for growth
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or a related field, with at least 3 years managing or leading a team
- Experience designing financial reporting, allocation models, or planning processes
- Strong understanding of SG&A cost structures, operating leverage, and how corporate costs connect to divisional performance
- Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear narratives for executive audiences
- Experience with financial planning systems, ERP platforms, and enterprise data management
- Proven ability to operate with significant autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Familiarity with cost allocation methodologies and benchmarking practices
- Experience supporting M&A financial diligence or integration
- Background in defense, aerospace, or government contracting is a plus
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
